ORDERING

Payment may be made by PayPal, check, or credit card via ProPay. You may choose the option that best suits you at checkout. If paying by check, your order will be held until your payment clears the bank.

SHIPPING
U.S. Residents: Please refer to the chart below for flat rates based on your order total. All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Every effort is made to ship within 5 business days. If you need your order sooner, please contact me via the Contacts page and I will work with you as much as possible. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. You may purchase insurance during checkout if desired. You must settle insured orders that are damaged or lost with the USPS.
From .01 to 25.00, Shipping is $4.95
From 25.01 to 50.00, Shipping is $6.95
From 50.01 to 75.00, Shipping is $8.95
From 75.01 to 100.00, Shipping is $10.95
From 100.01 to 150.00, Shipping is $12.95
From 150.01 to $175.00, Shipping is $14.95
From 175.01 to $200.00, Shipping is $16.95
Over $200.00, shipping is FREE
International Orders: Minimum shipping charges will be added at checkout according to the chart below in U.S. Funds. Note: ANY DIFFERENCES BETWEEN SHIPPING FEES PAID AT CHECKOUT AND ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE BILLED TO CUSTOMER BEFORE ORDER WILL SHIP.
From .01 to 50.00, Minimum Shipping is $15.00
From 50.01 to 100.00, Minimum Shipping is $25.00
From 100.01 to 150.00, Minimum Shipping is $35.00
From 150.01 to 200.00, Minimum Shipping is $45.00
There is NO FREE SHIPPING for International Customers on orders over $200. You will be billed for full shipping charges before your order will ship for any order over $200.

RETURNS
My products are displayed in such a way that you can easily see what you are ordering. Thus, only products found to be defective may be returned in exchange for a matching or similar item. Please contact me if you have a concern about a product you purchased from me. No returns will be accepted without prior notification. I must be notified of any problem within 3 business days of your receipt of the product. Absolutely, no returns on custom orders. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise.
